The U.S. Navy veteran turned singer-songwriter took to social media on Wednesday, Nov. 13, to make the announcement, saying, “Always been a dream to play MetLife Stadium, so we’re doin’ it with Kings of Leon… New York City, we’re coming for ya."
While fans eagerly await the upcoming show, Bryan’s announcement comes as he faces public scrutiny following a turbulent breakup with influencer Brianna LaPaglia, known as Brianna Chickenfry.
The drama reportedly began on Oct. 22, when Bryan posted an Instagram story revealing the split.
LaPaglia, who works at Barstool Sports, claimed in a YouTube video that Bryan shared the news without her knowledge, saying she “woke up” to the post and wanted to keep the breakup private.
The situation intensified when LaPaglia accused Bryan of emotional abuse, claiming he or his team offered her $12 million and a New York apartment to stay silent about their relationship. LaPaglia discussed it all on one of her podcasts, the BFFs Podcast, which she hosts with Barstool CEO Dave Portnoy and Josh Richards.
Bryan has yet to publicly address these allegations and has turned off comments on his Instagram account.
Fans are now waiting to see if the artist will respond or if he’ll stay focused on his upcoming tour, which includes the highly anticipated MetLife Stadium performance on Saturday, July 20, 2025.
